Philips Smoke-Less Infrared Grill with BBQ & Steel-Wire Grids

Indoor grilling is so much cleaner and easier with this beautifully designed grill from Phillips, available at Williams-Sonoma. It uses infrared technology to heat the cooking surface to a consistent 466˚F, which is the optimal temperature for searing proteins like steaks or chicken. It comes with a nonstick grid for grilling large pieces of meat and a wire grid that has smaller openings for grilling vegetables or small items like shrimp or scallops. And because the drippings are directed away from the heat to a collection tray beneath, the smoke is minimized.
